Starters

Fresh Cornish lobster and crab timbale served on a bed of avocado with an apple & tomato concasse

Honey roasted parsnip, pear & celery soup (V)

Mushroom & celeriac quail Scotch egg with a Jerusalem artichoke puree

Carpaccio of venison loin with rocket, Parmesans shaving and lemon oil

Confit duck leg & Foie Gras terrine served with toasted brioche bread and an apple & beetroot chutney

Mains

Free range roast turkey breast, confit leg with all the usual festive trimmings and bread sauce

West Country strip sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roasted baby parsnips, duck fat

roasted potatoes and beef juices

Dover Sole Meuniere served with new potatoes and winter vegetables with a caviar and caper butter sauce

Rotolo pommes dauphinoise filled with heritage roasted beetroot, goat’s cheese, on a bed of Jerusalem

artichoke puree, with candied beetroot crisps & beetroot veloute  (V)

Desserts

Orange chocolate mousse

Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy cream

Warm treacle tart with vanilla Ice Cream

Blackberry & pear crumble with homemade custard

Bath soft, Bath blue & Wyfe of Bath cheese board with miller toast biscuits and homemade chutney
