Walnut & fig salad with pomegranate & bath soft cheese (V)

Duck liver pâté with homemade orange marmalade & sea salted crostini

Chorizo, Parmesan & Goat cheese Arancini with a red pepper salsa

Asparagus, Parma ham, poached duck egg with asparagus cream

Mains

Roasted West Country Striploin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream

Roasted leg of lamb with fresh thyme and rosemary, served with mint sauce

Roasted chicken supreme with lemon & thyme, crispy bacon

The above are served with roast potatoes, roasted root vegetables & greens, honey roast parsnips

Sea Bass fillet, crushed new potatoes, sun blushed tomato, coriander and lime

mayo & a crispy poached egg

Fillet of Atlantic Hake in a steamed prawn, mussel & whiskey chowder with

new potatoes & red chard

Risotto of asparagus, sun-blushed tomato, red chard and parmesan cheese (v)

All of our steaks are dry aged for 28 days at Master butchers H.F Stiles & Son in Bromham. All served with triple cooked chips & sautéed chestnut mushrooms.
