Chicken Souvalaki

(chicken skewers with Tzatziki & pita bread)

Notes of pink grapefruit and a flinty character combined with exotic herbs and white pepper. A tropical version of a white Graves.

Lamb Kleftika cooked in parchment paper infused with the

aromas of Mediterranean vegetables

Perfumed and polished, this is a smooth and velvety wine with bags of black cherry fruit underlined by vanilla and coconut notes.

 4th Course

Traditional Classic Moussaka

A dry and tannic red displaying baked red fruits combined with sun dried tomatoes and savoury, earthy notes.
