Guests to arrive at 7.30pm for 8pm

Glass of Champagne and canapes on arrival

1st Course

Fresh Cornish lobster and crab timbale served on a bed of avocado with an apple & tomato concasse


Mushroom & celeriac quail Scotch egg with a Jerusalem artichoke puree (V)


Carpaccio of venison loin with rocket, Parmesans shaving and lemon oil

Fish Course

Fillets of Dover Sole with new potatoes and winter vegetables with a caviar and caper butter sauce


Monkfish tails wrapped in Parma ham with a sundried tomato and basil pesto served on a bed of rocket & Parmesan shavings


Aubergine Schnitzel layered with Applewood smoked cheddar, basil pesto, roasted red peppers & plum tomatoes, served with Lyonnaise potatoes, winter greens with a horseradish cream sauce (V)

 Meat Course

Fillet of beef, parsley risotto, Heritage carrots and carrot puree with a Bordelaise sauce


Slow cooked pork belly in a cider and apple sauce served with whole grain mustard mash and winter vegetables


Root vegetable & goat’s cheese wellington wrapped in flaky puff pastry, French beans, roasted potatoes, red wine gravy


Warm treacle tart with vanilla Ice Cream


Orange chocolate mousse


Bath soft, Bath blue & Wyfe of Bath cheese board
