Mushroom and celeriac quail Scotch egg with a Jerusalem artichoke puree (V)

Veal carpaccio on a bed of rocket with Parmesan shavings and San Marzano olive oil

Fillets of Lemon Sole with scallop mousse and lobster bisque


Monkfish tails wrapped in Parma ham with a sundried tomato and basil pesto served on a bed of rocket & Parmesan shavings


Roasted butternut squash, spinach and Bath soft cheese Empanada served with Lyonnaise potatoes and a medley of vegetables with a

roasted pine nut, honey and sherry vinegar dressing (V)

8oz flat iron steak served with triple cooked chips, sautéed mushrooms and a peppercorn sauce


Pork tenderloin stuffed with a fig, prune & apricot filling wrapped in Serrano ham

served with a sweet potato puree, green beans, crispy black pudding and caramelised

Root vegetable & goat’s cheese wellington wrapped in flaky puff pastry, French beans, roasted potatoes, red wine gravy
